Building and plastering in St Just
St Just, Pendeen and the granite cottages of the far west.
LPH Building Services in St Just
St Just homes get the same service as everywhere else we work: a visit to look at the job, a clear price, and the work done properly by the people who quoted it.
A lot of older Cornish houses need the right approach: lime render on solid stone walls, proper preparation before plaster, and patience with walls that are never quite straight.

Things people ask
Do you cover St Just?
Yes. We are based in Camborne and work across Land's End to St Austell, down to Porthleven and everywhere in between, including St Just. Get in touch with a few details and photos and we will come back to you.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. Send a few photos and details, or ask us to come and look. Quotes are free and no-obligation.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. No job too big, no job too small, from a single wall skimmed to a full renovation.
Can you render an old stone house?
